  The best service, I was almost having a panic attack when it would be time to go to the Dentist. Now I am relaxed and very conferdent and go every 6 mths instead of every 2 yrs. Have been and had my second clean for the year . What an amazing , caring team. Love the new refurbishment as well

  Going to Wangaratta Dental was truly a "WOW" moment and has been every time. I am getting older so have had my share of dentists and I can tell you I have never experienced such welcoming, professional, and amazing dental care as I have here. You don't feel that you are just the patient but feel as part of their family as they welcome you in and truly get to know you. I had put things off for better than five years and had several broken crowns and other work that needed done but I just hated going to the dentist but my visits to Wangaratta Dentist turned that around. It's amazing the quality of care I have been provided and never once have the staff tried to up-sell me as I experienced all the time at my last dentist across the road. Because I had let some of the broken crowns go I had some complications, which I could feel, but they explained in complete detail the steps needed to correct the issue and amazing care even to the point of calling me at home to follow up on how I was doing. It's been a very positive and rewarding experience having my dental care here and has helped to change my perception regards dental care and dentists. If you live anywhere in the area this is the dentist I recommend and the only one I and my better half will now visit.

  Her staff were also fantastic, there two nurses were very supporting and very friendly and the receptionist Matt was also very friendly and explained everything very well on his end.

  I had a check up and clean - then an extraction of a wisdom tooth. Dr. Phoon was extremely gentle and made my experience as pain free as she possibly could she was very comforting and explained each step.

  Highly recommend Dr. Veinee Phoon. She is absolutely brilliant! I wanted to change dentists as I was not much of a fan of who I used to see as she was recommended to me I gave her a go and could not be happier.

  Amazing customer service, the reception ladies were extremely polite and courteous I will be definitely driving from Melbourne to take my kids there again. Excellent referral.

  Dr Phoon is a caring and highly-skilled dentist. She has provided a great service on my regular dental check and more importantly, she does it pain free.
