    Had loads of problems at 3 Melb stores wanting to purchase a cubby house. Even though I wanted to pay, not one store would hold it for me until next weekend when I could return with ute. Called into Wangaratta store and the two ladies who assisted, bent over backwards to find a store, have them hold it and one lady will collect and bring it back on her trip to Melb. Now THAT is customer service. Thank you ladies.

    Bought a soft close toilet seat - doesn't work, the lid sits halfway down and won't move up or down.
