  My american friend who is injured with fracture ankle or broken bone, its still very swollen. We visited the emergency hospital in Wangartta since he doesn't have any travel insurance so the Xray checkup costs about 500$ upfront but the nurses told us if it's through the diagnosis from the GP and get a slip written from the GP, it will be simply be 150$ to 300$ including appointment fee. He did visit the doctor, after the checkup, he didnt even mention the slip and refuse to write the slip for saying "he was too RUDE!" Wow... We've never seen doctor behave like this, he didn't say anything rude at all to the doctor, I was in the room a that time as well, they can take out the security camera if that is required. I was so angry and surprised why a doctor would behave like he holds a great power or authority.

  Wonderful experience here today & im now transferring my medical records here. The reception staff were lovely, the waiting room was clean and nice, Dr Ali is amazing! Finally ive found a dr who treats me like a human not a number.
