  My elderly mum was ambulanced to the Wang Base, this week & she has received the absolute best care we could hope for feom the moment she arrived. She was in a very serious state with raging fever, pneumonia, septic shock from an extreme infection & dangerously low blood pressure.

  100% nope! Other patients were able to get X-rays whilst I was waiting to be seen, but apparently I was just seen too late. That is the antithesis of equality. And as far as sensitivity to individual needs, this individual's hand is still extremely sensitive, but did not get the treatment it needs.

  The staff are amazing! The Ambulance team were also fantastic c. The facilities are pleasant, clean, comfortable.

  They didn't listen, just threw painkillers and other drugs at me. Needed a hand X-ray, but after waiting about 2 hours, was told that it was too late for an X-ray, and that I had to come back because my injury wasn't serious enough. Way to make someone feel undervalued.

  Patients are treated like family in a professional manner. Nurses are always very responsive, attending to nurse call button, emptying bed pans after each use.
