  Without any relevant conversation, he immediately recommended the palaeo diet, ceasing all medication, using "essential oils" instead of evidence-based medicine, and his wife's "natural health" options -- misinformation that literally kills people. He displayed zero understanding of the human body, and yet presumed to tell me what should go in it, even after finding out that I have studied both nursing and medicine.

  Very poor service turned up 2 hours early to an open business and wouldn't come back at booked time when we were closed to clean floors

  Very unprofessional service. Ashleigh failed to turn up on two separate occasions, he did not bother either time to notify us that he was unable to make it despite him knowing we had people waiting especially for him at the two commercial premises. A waste of time and money, needless to say we booked another company.

  The cleaner (Bernie) walked inside, said the job would be $160 (we had been quoted $150 max). We have a large four-seater couch, so that became $200. Unfortunate, but not a deal-breaker.

  Bernie's boss, Ashley, was great. He confirmed that the couch clean had been over-priced, and refunded $50. Furthermore, where Bernie had done a quick and poor job, Ashley was thorough and spent 30-45 minutes sanitising and deodorising the couch (apparently how long it is meant to take). The pet urine permeated too far, so the couch still smells, but Ashley helped to make an awful experience into a positive one. Thanks, Ashley. (Hopefully you enjoyed the salted peanut butter biscuits.)

  We paid $200 for five minutes' work, and the couch still smells of urine. I felt ripped off and intellectually violated.

  ABSOLUTLY frustrating. Paid for a rug to be cleaned. Had to call twice for over a week to get them to pick it up. Then they kepted the rug for almost a month had and I had to call to get them to bring it back. When I got it back it was worse then when they took it. Had them retake it and clean it again at no charge. Brought it back and it's still dirty!!!

  I had the carpets in the whole house cleaned yesterday. I had old stains too that they were able to get out which was amazing. I was so pleased with the result. Trent and Rod were very professional and friendly. To top it all off, it was also very affordable. I could not recommend them more highly.
