  Highly recommend! The room and common areas were all very clean modern and comfortable - my wife even looked at the brand of the mattress so that we can buy one. Best of all though were the staff - I have not ever had better service. I would say they were at least equal if not better than the service I have received in top 5 star hotels.

  Excellent rooms and amenities for the price, clean, modern, and well-maintained, but the breakfast was very average.

  We arrived late but where met buy a very friendly person at reception. We had been working and traveling for 16 hours. She welcomed us with a smile and an offer of a drink of choice. We placed our baggage in our appointed rooms then went down stares to the bar where we chatted with other workmates who had arrived earlier. After unwinding for 20 mins, we all retired to our rooms. Wondering past the pool and spa area I felt I could happly spend a few days here. After sleeping in the cosy bed went down stairs to a delicious breakfast, then left for work, feeling this was one of the best Victorian hotels in which I have stayed. I would Recommend to anyone. David

  Convenient location for our stay, neat, clean and comfortable rooms. Professional and friendly staff. No dramas and hassle free the entire time.
