  Lift the game maccas. And I want my smile back. By all accounts you are meant to smile and sell yourself . That's what I was told. Everyone looks miserable. Customers are still right . Managers are still the same. It's an abusive environment.

  Never have I been so surprised as to how clean a McDonald's store is until this day. A customer service officer by the name of Jenny Fuller was doing an incredible job at the cleaning of the restaurant. Jenny was polite, friendly and could not do too much for us without being intrusive. The bins were not over flowing and there was not one dirty table in the restaurant, like I've seen on many occasions. My husband and myself were so surprised to see that Jenny actually bent down and swept underneath the tables and right in the corners and the skirting boards were wiped. Jenny Fuller should be commended for her effort and is a fabulous asset to McDonald's, Wangaratta.

  We used the convenience of the drive through, disappointingly both the staff members taking our order and providing our order we rude and severely lacking in customer service skills. Surely Wangaratta must have some lovely people who would be grateful to have a job! On a positive note, coffee was good

  The barister is not very helpful. Not terribly interested in being helpful to the customers.

  When I was crew I was forever cleaning the dining area. Got hassled over being sacked if I didn't serve 60 seconds or less

  Always gets my order right and always fresh tasting, I can't say that about alot of mcdonalds. Great customer service
